Lancaster Business Park project in Lancaster, commissioned by the Derwent Group, involves the development of six modern buildings designed for industrial, storage, and distribution purposes. The project delivers a total of 108,000ft² of floorspace and includes comprehensive associated infrastructure to support its functionality and integration into the surrounding area. This infrastructure comprises well-designed access routes, landscaping to enhance the site’s aesthetic and environmental value, and boundary treatments to ensure security and cohesion with the local setting. Services began in 2020, with the construction phase yet to commence, positioning the project as a key development to support industrial and distribution needs in the Lancaster region.
