The Huyton Trade Park project, located on Wilson Road, Huyton, was commissioned by the Derwent Group. The site originally consisted of aging industrial units, which were demolished as part of a redevelopment initiative. The project involved the construction of two modern industrial buildings, encompassing 24 units with a total area of 62,500 square feet, along with all associated site works.
