We collaborated with Footasylum to regenerate their stores across the UK, giving them a fresh, modern, and new look. The locations included Birmingham, Huddersfield, Manchester, Liverpool, Broughton, Bury, and Brighton. Acting as the project management and cost consultancy team, we oversaw the transformation of each store, ensuring the process ran smoothly and efficiently. Each project was completed in approximately 8 to 12 weeks, resulting in a revitalised retail experience for Footasylum’s customers.
