Salboy developed a striking 41-storey residential building in Manchester, Deansgate. Featuring 362 apartments, completed in 2024 after four years of construction. The design incorporates the Grade II-listed Victorian arches, creating a unique architectural blend of modern living and historical preservation. Residents will enjoy a range of luxurious amenities, including a pool and jacuzzi nestled beneath the original arches, as well as a steam room, sauna, reading room, communal lounge, games room, aquarium in the reception area, and dedicated spaces for work and leisure, such as a cinema room, karaoke room, gym, and yoga/Pilates studio. This project aims to redefine urban living by offering a vibrant community atmosphere within a beautifully restored historic context.
