Glassworks

Our team completed Glassworks, an 18 floor office building in Manchester in 2023, featuring a restored historic façade and modern office spaces, with excellent tram links in the Northern Quarter. Located on the former site of an early 1900s glass dealership, the development retains the original façade of one of Manchester’s oldest factories, now seamlessly connected to a contemporary glass tower.

Built for a forward thinking generation, Glassworks is designed with a focus on sustainability, health and wellbeing. The building offers a unique blend of old and new, with ground floor facilities that encourage people to grab a coffee, socialise, relax and collaborate. Inside, calming interiors with soft lighting and welcoming spaces support creativity and connection. An exclusive fifth floor tenant’s club provides inspiring areas for meetings, events and networking, while generous cycle storage, spa style showers and changing facilities support a healthier, more balanced working lifestyle.
